How we make Wine:

We craft our wines through rigorous research and testing to produce wines that we feel represent our terrior and flavors that we love.  All grapes are harvested by hand, hand sorted twice and then fermented in specially designed tanks or barrels to achieve our flavor profiles.


We taste each barrel every month and treat all wines as a blend; our goal is to make each wine the best it can be. If the wine does not meet our standards, we do not produce it and we bottle when the wine is ready, not on a prescribed schedule.


For example, we made 23 blends to produce our Chardonnay and 38 to make the Cinque Gemma.  If you are visiting the winery, you may see us testing and blending; one day we used 218 glasses!

White Wines:

Blanc et Noir, Sparkling Wine

We selected special rows of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to produce this well balanced wine with notes of green apple and cream.  We finished as a Brut, but with a kiss of residual sugar to enhance the mouthfeel and help with food. 132 cases produced.

Rosso Moscato

Our Rosso Moscato is known as the Picnic wine. Our special blend of a rose style wine with semi-sweet Muscat make this a great wine for summer, salads, sandwiches or by itself.  $25

2013 Gewurztraminer, Russian River Valley

Dry Gewurztraminer, with just less than 1% residual sugar.  Ripe fresh citrus, pineapple and honeysuckle notes make this a great wine for hot summer days, spicy foods, turkey and our signature tomato basil soup and grilled cheese.  100 cases produced.  $22   Sold Out

2012 Chardonnay, Russian River Valley

Our classic Chardonnay with warm cream, caramel and citrus.  Aged in mostly 2 and 4 year old barrels for 16 months, our Chardonnay is bright, fruit forward with the richness and warmth without too much oak.  The perfect companion to seafood, salads, caramel popcorn and our signature black forest ham and apple butter panini. 180 cases produced.

2012 Montrachet Clone Chardonnay, Russian River Valley

Unfiltered to allow all the flavors of citrus, pineapple and cream show through.  100%ML, 100% french oak with 25% new, this wine dances on the tongue.


Aged in French Oak for 19 months, we carefully choose the barrels for this special wine.  Pairs well with fish or just by itself.  This is usually our most sought after wine.  112 cases produced.  $42    Sold Out

Red Wines:

2011 Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley

Classic Pinot with bright forward fruit, hints of cherry, blackberry and vanilla.  Aged in French Oak for 19 months. Our Pinots age very well.  Taste why 19 vintages of our Pinots have won gold medals. 300 cases produced.

2012 D'Argento Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley

Our special blend we made for our Silver (25th) Anniversary, this Pinot Noir has bright and dark cherries, suble spice and vanilla and a vibrant burst of fruit with a long finish.  100 cases produced.  $52

2012 Cinque Gemma (Italian Blend)

We made this wine to pair with pasta and lasagna, it took us 38 blends and 8 dishes of food, but we accomplished our goal.  Ripe, rich fruit with an old world earthiness has made Cinque Gemma our best selling wine. Sangiovese, Nero D'Avola, Primitivo, Barbera and Syrah combine for a well balanced wine that stands up to almost all foods without overpowering tannins.  200 cases produced.


2011 Merleaux Merlot, Sonoma

Merleaux Wine Co was founded to showcase the rich heritage of the Merlot grape, but we added our version of Cajun spices to jazz up the wine and capture our love of the Louisiana cuisine and lifestyle.  We took lush Merlot grapes from the heart of Sonoma County and added our special blend of Cabernet, Petite Sirah, Sangiovese, Petite Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Barbera, Syrah and Zinfandel to produce a rich and lush wine that excites the senses.  $25

M (Malbec Blend), Rockpile

M is our Malbec blended with Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon to produce a dark, rich bursts of fruit, currant, chocolate and warm coffee flavors.  Produced exclusively for our Club members.  $44

2011 Dry Creek Zinfandel

70 year old vine Zinfandel blended with Petite Sirah makes this a full bodied and complex Zin. Notes of subtle pepper, blackberries and smooth finish makes this the ultimate BBQ wine. 240 cases produced.$28

2010 The Apostle, Zinfandel, Alexander Valley

The Apostle is 85% Alexander valley and 15% Dry Creek vineyards blended to make a dark, warm, and earthy full bodied Zin.  If you can somehow only drink a little on the first; this wine is even better the ssecond day! 90 cases produced.

2012 The Saint, Zinfandel, Dry Creek Valley

The Saint is 85% Dry Creek Valley and 15% Alexnader Valley (The same vineyards as the Apostle).   Rich, robust with bright fruit and subtle oak.  150 cases produced.   $36

2010 Zafira, Zinfandel (Rockpile Blend)

We blended vineyards from Rockpile, Dry Creek and Russian River Valleys to make our signature Zinfandel called Zafira.  Big bold chocolate fruit from Rockpile coupled with peppers and earthiness from Dry Creek and smooth vanilla notes from Russian River combine to make our most versatile wine.  336 cases produced.

2012 Old Vines Zinfandel, Dry Creek Valley

A blend of three Old Vine vineyards 110 to 84 years old, this wine has subtle spice and jam and toasted oak notes.  An amazing wine.  150 cases produced.  $40  Sold Out

2009 Reserve Syrah, Russian River Valley

A very special wine; aged in French Oak for 39 motnhs for the optimal oak influence to draw out the natural flavors of salty bacon, dark berries and currants.  We blended 15% from 3 Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards to add a lingering mouthfeel and create beautiful tannins and structure.  Only 150 cases produced.  $38 Sold Out

2009 Petite Sirah, Alexander Valley

From a tiny vineyard planted in 1894, our old vines showcase fruit forward blackberries and dark cherries with the dark tannins expected from Petite Sirah. 78 cases produced.

2010 Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley

We blended the best of two worlds, the bright red cherry fruit from Red Grav and the dark, rich fruit from our Mountain Pine vineyards and 8% Cabernet Franc to make this deep and complex Cabernet. 190 cases produced.

2010 Cabernet Franc, Alexander Valley

Our Cab Franc has notes of dark berries, bright currants, mocha and spice.   Aged in French Oak for 29 months.  $80  Limit 2 bottles

2012 Cabochon Cuvee

Cabochon is an amazing blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from Alexander Valley, Syrah from Russian River Valley and Petite Sirah from Dry Creek.   Rich, full bodied with dark cherries, toffee, earth, loam and subtle smoke.  150 cases produced.  $60

2011 Reserve Pinot Noir, Ketcham Estate, Russian River Valley

Blended with four clones, with 115 and 777 dominate, to produuce this bold, layered and balanced wine.  Aged for 20 months in French oak, this wine has bright cherry, blackberry, and vanilla with a long exquisite finish. 112 cases produced.  $50  Sold Out

2010 Q

Every 20 years or so we find barrels that are special.  We blended two special vineyards into our finest wine, simply called Q.  Bursts of ripe fruit and finish like liquid red velvet cake. 92 cases produced.

Porky's 2.0

Porky's has long been a cult favorite wine.  A blend of old vine Zinfandel, old vine Petite Sirah and old vine Alicante Bouchet that intensifies the flavors and mouthfeel.  Pairs with BBQ. Ribs, Cheesecake or out on the porch. 200 cases produced.  $29 

2012 Samocha, Dry Creek Valley

Samocha is like liquid chocolate blended with a full bodied chewy wine that makes the tongue dance.  500ML bottle is just the right size. Try it with S'Mores or Strawberry Basil Sorbet. 340 cases produced. $28
