Winemaker Tami Collins, a fifteen year industry veteran, has an extensive winemaking background including Associated Vintage Group, Blackstone Winery, Leasingham Winery, Dunnewood, and Chateau Felice. Tami is currently the winemaker at De La Montanya and lends her expertise to Sapphire Hill.
Cobie Wiles, tasting room manager is a twenty year industry veteran with extensive wine knowledge and background, including Windsor Vineyards and Veritas Ridge.
JoAnne Walker, retail sales manager, is a long-time industry veteran with extensive training and knowledge from Windsor Vineyards, Ramazzotti Vineyards, and others.
Jeff Anderson, winery chef has a strong culinary background, most recently at Manzanita, and operates a successful catering business. Jeff has a great gift for creating incredible wine and food pairings.
Lisa and Chris Mulcahy, errand runners, dish washers, wine movers, flower arrangers, tasting room designers, truck drivers and bill payers. For the last 25 years I've been blessed to work with morning radio personalities around the country and prior to that spent many years in restaurant management. And remarkably, I'm still only 29! Chris has spent his career with liquids, including 14 years at Coca-Cola; and currently owns a firm that specializes in consulting small family wineries and vineyards.
The rest of our team (or our 12th man) are our family and friends from all over the country who've been so supportive. They invest their time, money and talents to help us out, buy our wine, volunteer at events and are a constant source of ideas, support and encouragement. We couldn't and wouldn't want to do this without them.
